So about 4weeks ago, I collected 2 Solenopsis invicta queens here in NOVA and decided to see if they were polygous (luckily, no they weren’t). I haven’t made an official journal (physical one) about Solenopsis invicta, so I decided to keep and observe them until I leave (in which they will be frozen and reported). So far they’re doing well though, which is both terrifying and satisfying😂 I’m open to whatever you want to test with them (as long as it’s humane).

I don’t think the immediate destroying of an invasive is necessary nor beneficial. Invasives behave differently in new environments and NoVA is a rather cold one that is like to figure out why they are adapting as well as they are. By destroying them now, that’s ruin the whole test.Yes, but right now he shouldHe's gonna kill them before he leaves.I have a test idea, kill them all.

RIFA up in our ‘hood. That’s what sucks. Our periodic visits by the Polar Vortex should keep them at bay, hopefully.
