1. Location of collection: A felled telephone pole, just strutting
2. Date of collection: 4/5/2015
3. Habitat of collection: desert scrub
4. Length (from head to gaster): 8 mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Orange thorax, maroon head and gaster.
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Smooth, shiny head. Tiny bump on thorax preceeding single petiole.  Thorax narrow. Dark, medium size round eyes. 12 Antennal segments.
7. Anything else distinctive: Short masticatory margin, mandibles.
8. Nest description: Did not observe.

Yeah do that. Thanks. Maybe I'll make the template a little more clear. I guess when I said "You can be more specific here than in the title." I should have indicated that I meant in addition to what's in the title.
