So if kids are larvae, is adolescence like a crazy caterpillar phase, right before pupating, when they eat everything in sight?
I used to have birds (small psittacines). I miss birds. One of my best friends was a bird.
Now I have a dog (again). One of my best friends was a dog.
Ants.
Isopods.
Jumping spiders.
Termites.
Feeder roaches and other feeder insects.
I've had pet fish, plus some anoles and a rat in ages long past. You can add in the various random brine shrimp and triops, too.
Yup about the only type of common pet I haven't had is ... cat. Oh and amphibians. Haven't had any amphibs.
