Greetings and salutations! It's a pleasant surprise to see a fellow Illinoisan join every once in a while, but first thing first; welcome to the forum! Next off, you have to put you location on your profile (I can assist you in doing so if needed), however you don't have to put your location on the members map. I sadly don't have anything to trade but you can contact Mrdogun or Mett if you want as they live in Illinois as well. Besides that I can't really help you unless you add your general location in Illinois...have a wonderful day!

There is a important time for everything, important place for everyone, an important person for everybody, and an important ant for each and every ant keeper and myrmecologist alike

Please follow Rule 8 of the forum. Rule 8 states, in summary, that in order to make offers to sell or buy ants, one must put their location in their profile, not just in the title. Just trying to help. You won't get as many offers as it is

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies.

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).
