No threat, really. They may steal some food and brood, but other than that they won’t harm the colony.

I have I theory it came from a tropical plant in my house as I have many exotic plants in my house

Possibly. But whether it’s Tetramorium or Solenopsis molesta, it’s probably not going to kill your colony.

Def not solenopsis molesta, too rough of a texture and the eyes are too big. Tetra or maybe Mono.

This seems to have the signature head of Tetramorium.

I'm thinking more along the lines of Temnothorax. In any case, it's for sure a Crematogastrine.

I broadly agree, although I think the culprit is most likely Tetramorium.
