Acquired these queens on 2-29-20. Will have two polygmyst colonies of 6 queens each. None have and brood and will be going into dark closet with temperature around 70f. Still waiting on a hygrometer. Updates will be pretty far between for first little bit until they settle in. Any tips would be awesome since I’m still very new to this.

Update! Finally uncovered for first time. Both doing very well. Haven’t lost any queens and a good amount of eggs in both.

Update 7/12/2020! Both tubes doing great! One has two workers and I noticed one has wings. Can someone give info on this? Both have lots of brood. Can’t wait to introduce them to their formicarium when they are good and ready.

Looks like one of those queens must be infertile, or made a mistake. That's a male, infertile queens can only lay eggs which become males. Obviously not all of them are infertile, though. You should be alright.
Otherwise, congrats on getting workers!
