Hey guys this is my first time posting. I've got more photos if you guys need. I think its a Pheidole but i can't place the species. Thnaks for the help  :)

She looks to be Tetramorium striolatum.

She looks to be Tetramorium striolatum.

 

I agree with Tetramorium, but I'm afraid to make any further identifications past genus level with these pictures. It's hard to make out a lot of features on this ant.  They are certainly better than a lot of other photos, though.

 

Also, what's the length of the ant? That wasn't mentioned in the original post.

I don't have the specimen but it would be no bigger than 4MM. It was a very small ant.

Yeah, I tried to key it using the one on Antwiki and not a whole lot of the features it mentioned were in focus.
