1. Location (on a map) of collection: East Marrysville ca
2. Date of collection: 1-29-2020
3. Habitat of collection: under stone in moist soil
4. Length (from head to gaster):very tiny
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: light goldish but some workers had black gasters
6. Distinguishing characteristics:
7. Distinguishing behavior:
8. Nest description:
9. Nuptial flight time and date

Looks like a lasius of some kind.

You are going to need much clearer, closer, well lit, macro shots. Get a macro lens adapter from Amazon for your phone, it's cheap. It's all guesswork right now from those images.
