I made a PM and after I made it, I got a message saying I couldn't make another PM until October 27, 9:18 AM. What happened, and why is this happening to me?

It may be a spam controller after the incident that happened over the summer which involved people getting spammed links. The cool down is probably minimal as to not affect actual members trying to make actual PMs.
