Camponotus nanitics don't live more than a few months. Mine have also had their first deaths.

Oh so it's possible it's not my fault then?

I bought the colony from dspdrew so not 100% sure how old the workers actually are

I just hope the queen doesn't run out lol. There's now only 5 workers,and a lot of eggs

All my first generations are still alive. Also yours only has 5 workers?

When I got them there were 6, now there's only 5

Mine are at 20-40 workers each. Feed them and keep them warm, they should do just fine.

Haven't been doing much to keep them warm, I asked Drew if I should use a heat pad at night (it's so hot during the day in cali right now it's insane), but he said not when the colony is this small

Mine are about the same as Ys. Try to avoid cooking them.
