I'm planning on trying to catch Acromyrmex Versicolor, but I'm not sure if now would be a good time or not. Where and in what conditions is this species found, and when did you catch them if you did this year?

:>

Most desert ants fly directly after a large rain storm. I would say yes, this is a good time to find them, as we are headed into the heat of their nuptial flight season.

"God made..... all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds (including ants). And God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:25 NIV version

Keeping:

Tetramorium immigrans

Formica cf. pallidefulva, cf. incerta, cf. argentea

Formica cf. aserva, cf. subintegra

Pogonomyrmex occidentalis

Pheidole bicarinata

Myrmica sp.

Lasius neoniger, brevicornis
