1. Location of collection: Spain, madrid, North.
2. Date of collection: 16/09/19
3. Habitat of collection: Street
4. Length: ?
5. Coloration: Black, some times ¿some red?
6. Distinguishing characteristics: one petiole node, 10/11 antennal segments,
7. Anything else distinctive: The collection day there were lots of males on the walls. seems to be very common
8. Nest description :?
9. Nuptial flight time and date: caught without wings

Looks like messor barbarus, a harvester species. They are fully claustral and eat seeds as well as insects.
