Length? Location? Habitat? Time of day? Weather? Anything to help us identify her easier? If you didn’t know there is a format for ID requests although I am pretty sure somebody told you about it in your last ID request.

Their sizes are extremely variable and she is fully claustral.  I'm not sure what nest type is best for them.

Just letting you know that this species is EXTREMELY sensitive. don't check in on her that much as she can get stressed out very easily.

Carebara is super sensitive in terms of nest conditions. They usually only do well in dirt setups.

The german Antstore is keeping a large Carebara colony in one of these vertical ant farms:



Mikey form AntsCanada has kept a small colony successfully in some acrylic food boxes like this:


The common thing for those setups was that both of them (the Antstore one and the AC one) where filled with dirt to around 80%, there really wasn't much space on top of the soil - this means you really need some sort of feeding outworld as you won't be able to open the nest once they got workers (you also need to add a small hole somewhere so you can hydrate the nest).
And don't bother with any barriers, none of them will work for Carebara minors. Your setup just needs to be super secure (0.2mm mesh width metal grid should work).
