I suspect I have found a Temnothorax rugatulus colony. Anyone who works with tiny ants have suggestions on handling them for pics? Can they be put in a test tube set up?
I have already accidentally squished a few :(

Test tube will last them their whole life since they don't usually get more than 190 workers or so. Very calm ants that will eat just about anything. A bit shy though.
