Are they ants the same because I want to romove the wild workers and give the brood my my colony? thanks.

probably, not sure, but they're both formica

I don't think they're the same species, but I've had formica accept brood of a different species before. Just don't put in too much just in case they don't accept it.

You could try putting one or two near the entrance and see if they carry them back to the main pile. If they do you could probably add more so long as they accepted the first couple.
Lasius Neoniger (Around 23ish workers)
Tetramorium Immigran (8 Workers)
Myrmica Queen (Not 100% on species)
Formica Subsericea (No workers)

Add in the brood. If it turns out to be incompatible, they will just kill the eclosing workers, which are helpless for several hours.

No, add the wild brood to the captive colony. Get rid of the wild workers.

I did get rid of the wild workers but how do I know if my colony except s the wild brood my colony has no brood

Put the wild brood into your colony. If they don't accept it they'll just eat it.
