Ghost ants slowly chewing through formicarium. Advice?

My tapinoma melanocephalum colony has started to chew through their mini hearth. I know these ants are destructive escape artists but I'm not sure what to do as the colony is doing so well in the formicarium and I really don't want to stress them as they're so used to their habitat. They are also way too small for any of my other formicariums. Any advice?

I don't really know what to do in this situation perhaps put the mini hearth in a bin with fluon on the sides with test tube setups that they could use as nests when or if they chew out.

Are they mainly chewing out in one area or multiple? If they are only chewing out in one area just try to reinforce that area with a little piece of glass or something to buy you some time. This probably won't work long term but it will give them a little extra time to grow in that formicarium.
