They are alates. The colony is waiting for the right time to release them. They will dig or find a founding chamber, bite their wings off and start a colony.
I wanna get my hands on some Campontus Pennsylvanicus or Ponera Pennsylvanica Queens!

Should I keep them? Can I introduce them to one of my other queens? Or not a good idea just keep for observation? They are not fertilized right? Maybe they can be workers for my other queens...

No, they will just try and kill each other. And yes, they are unfertilized. Just release them into the nest where you found them, or let them go.

I'm fairly certain they all came from the same parent colony. It wasn't even 50 feet away. There is no way to introduce them slowly? I don't really want to release them this close to my house. Actually I'm not sure if I shouldn't try and exterminate them. They are everywhere!

Camponotus queens will never get along with each other. Separate them ASAP.
Not in captivity, but I have some yet-to-be published evidence of them helping each other in the founding process (Camponotus modoc).

If you release them back to the colony, they will fly at the proper time and likely end up far from your house.
You even find some that are mated that fly in from elsewhere.
