Anita had worked so hard on her baton routine for the big parade. She might not be a major like her big sisters…  but at least *could* be a majorette! But, why was everyone screaming and running away? Was she that bad at gymnastics?  :(

Ahahaha!!!
I was at a birthday party of a couple of friends of mine I hadn't seen in some years because of the pandemic. Both of them have their birthdays at the same day so, like the old times, we gathered together the friends from both sides. Heavy metal guys from his side, black metal guys from her side. Total mayhem! Usually we don't repeat a restaurant next year because at their birthdays we still behave like teenagers and have colossal lots of fun!

People already getting drunk at the restaurant door before lunch, and when I notice... not one queen ant, but a huge swarm and people are standing right among the ants! And there I am, among drunk metalheads, with my butt up picking up ants from the floor asking folks not to sadistically step on them and collecting them into a small Pringles can I had in my car just in case for one day, and that day came!

They know I'm weird and I was just a weirdo among weirdos.

And this is the story of my Messor queens from 2022.

Yes totally!

Though I guess if read the whole "Ender's Game" series Ender redeems himself with the bugs.

And also the bugs are a hive mind in that story and so not THAT anty... but it still seemed like a funny hot take to put in the iceberg. I'd love it if people added more stuff to it.
