YES! I KEPT BCA AND I COMMENTED ON AC'S VID ASKING FOR TIPS FROM PROS (keep in mind I just started antkeeping) and then I got a [censored] ton of replies saying that I'm a bad person ;-;
Little tiny idiots who don't give a Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

I thought of this when realizing how many people ask for an ID on the RIFA(Red imported fire ant, S. Invicta). First meme, so it’s not 100%…

Beginner realizes how easy fire ant queens are to catch and how easy they are to raise. Them feeling confident

People: Ants work together so well. Our family needs to do that. What they picture-

Reality: Ants pulling in all different directions to carry something. Several hours and the ants have moved it away from the nest.


(Yes sometimes that doesn’t happen, but my ants do that)

No, they are actually very entertaining to watch move brood and food in tubing. Just two completly different caste, no inbetween caste is really interesting. They are also fast growing, and most of the Pheidole I keep don’t bother biting.

They are also one or few genera that can get true super soldiers.
