Tetramorium immigrans in manitoba?

Today I collected workers of this strange myrmecine I found, and I'll be back with a freind to excavate the colony tomorrow for observations. They look like stenamma, although the colony is way bigger than any stenamma I've heard of and they are way more aggressive. Could this possibly be tetramorium immigrans, and if so, what would be the best way to remove the colony (so I can keep it) and prevent the spread of the species? They are currently not known from Manitoba, although me and a few other antkeepers do have captive colonies.

Yes, this appears to be Tetramorium immigrans. I have no advice for capturing the colony, but I am not sure that it would do anything as far as preventing their spread, as chances are they've probably established themselves in the area already.
