I'll get sand later. My dad has to get it I can't because my mom is afraid I'll get attacked by invisible dwarfs

Also wth, is your family ok?

I wouldn't recoomend it. Just try and get some sand it really should not be this difficult. If you use garden soil you're going to grow lots of molds and other pathogens that can take over in a test tube setting and be harmful. The people that are using natural soils are "sterilizing" by baking the substrate at high temps for long periods of time. Given your past history and situation this is not something I recommend you trying. So trying to get some clean sand would be a better option for you.

Can you get Cocount fiber? It can be bought at pet stores.

there are no playgrounds anywhere. Unless i try getting sand from the parking lot the next time i go out of the house.
