I'm gonna say Lasius neoniger, as these do have the basic Lasius body plan, and you can see winged alates emerging from the nest, and this is around the time when Lasius neoniger flies, however, I'll need to see better pictures in order to confirm this ID.

Yeah, these are definitely Lasius neoniger. Be on the lookout for queens!

Well, I didn't really care about being really accurate with the species, just wanted to know the genus and if it is a parasitic or claustral Lacius.
