Thank you. Now I am trying to move my colony to a new test tube but they seem not to want to move.They have a lamp that it's on. But they don't want to move. Please help me.

I believe that if you keep the test tubes accessible to eachother / connected, they will move out by themselves if the moisture really does run out.
