For those of you experienced with Hydrostone, what volumetric ratios do you typically use?

Camponotus vicinus, Crematogaster 1, Crematogaster 2, Formica francoeuri, *, *, Myrmecocystus testaceus, Novomessor cockerelli, Pheidole hyatti, Pogonomyrmex californicus, Pogonomyrmex rugosus, Solenopsis invicta

What ratio do you use? I'm seeing anything from 32:100 to 70:100 online.
