1. Location of collection: San Diego, CA

2. Date of collection: 9/5/19
3. Habitat of collection: Oak forest in canyon surrounded by scrub
4. Length:  Queen: 10mm   Nanitics: 3mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture: Shiny black all over
6. Distinguishing characteristics: For sure Crematogaster, thinking species might be lineolata, coarctata, emeryana, or vermiculata
7. Anything else distinctive: N/A
8. Nest description: N/A

9. Nuptial flight time and date: 9/5/19  6:00-7:00 am

Yes it is Crematogaster, but anyone that tries to take this to species without microscopic examination is nuts.

From what I observed it should be a Crematogaster Emeryana but it's kinda difficult to tell because of the bad lighting. Also, I as well have this type of spiecies of ants and they are a really good beginner ants.
