I have been searching hard for an ID and getting nowhere. Hoping you folks can help.

Photographed in Bandung, Indonesia, near a small stream. I am struggling to upload image, so I am giving a link instead.

Carebara castanea, one of my favorite ant species. They have an incredible size difference between queen and worker. At only about 1mm long, the workers are absolutely tiny compared to their massive queen.
