Same here. I will be checking my Formica argentea queen tonight after three weeks in seclusion. Hopefully she has some brood by now. Updates coming soon!

Alright! My F. argentea queen has at least two or three eggs. I didn't look that closely because she is SO jumpy. Hopefully she won't do anything stupid or rash like eating the eggs. I'll check again in another two weeks.

that is exactly the same with my formica. They really are so jumpy! :D
