I know lasius queens usually accept brood and some Camponotus accepts workers while chilled I just got a crematogastor cerasi queen with 4 workers if I but them in the fridge and add in another worker what are the chances they would fight

If warm and well fed, Crematogaster grow crazy fast. I see no need to expose the colony to the risks boosting could bring. Just be patient; if your queen is anything like mine, your four workers will be forty in six weeks.

Boosting eggs/larvae/pupae works almost all of the time. I have only had it not work regularly with Odontomachus bruennus, who is a predatory species and would only sometimes accept it, and sometimes treat it as food, even storing it in a different location than their own brood. Workers however are much more likely to fight ime. It never hurts to try for the purpose of documentation but if it's your only queen/colony of that species and you don't want to risk it then I wouldn't.
