My nylanderia parvula queen hasnt laid eggs after hibernation even though she had 3 workers. Is there anything I can do to get her to lay and has anyone else experienced this problem?

How long has it been since you took her out?

Are you giving her a source of heat? That may stimulate more egg laying.
