Shipping is on hold due to the county banning all non-essential travel. The ban is said to be lifted April 7th, though it has also been said to be subject to change.

Sorry for the late reply I didn't catch the email. I can ship for the same price of 7.40 (depending on the size and weight of the box). USPS does free package pickup, which is what I have been using.
