Thanks for the picture, but we're going to need much more information than this. Please refer to the identification template thread.

It does not happen immediately.  We all have lives outside of this forum.  You are still acting aggressive for someone who said they don't want to be banned from another forum.  Calm down for a bit and be patient, it isn't hard.  A lot of us are also not familiar with ants from the Philippines, so it will take us longer.  You gave us barely any information as well, which makes it harder.

Based on this single picture from only one angle, as a first guess I am going to have to go with one of 4 Aenictus sp.

very likely one of the following:

Aenictus carolianus

Aenictus nesiotis

Aenictus pangantihoni

Aenictus reyesi

my id observations are based on color, abdominal petiole, shape of thorax, and partially on its mandible, however the mandible part is the least accurate due to angle, it is difficult to tell from that angle if there is a gap between the mandibles and the clypeus parts of the mouth, and I made an assumption based on their shape that there exists a gap.

Current Ants:

C. CA02

C. fragilis

C. vicinus

M. mendax

N. cockerelli

V. pergandei

Looks like a vollenhovia species, which are polygynous (multi queened) and semi claustral. Just feed her and she should produce a batch of eggs soon.
