My plan is when my larger colonies get alates is to release them during each nuptial flight. But I see what you are saying. I will stop once flights start back up in a few days. :)

Sounds like a good plan! I hope you find a lot of queens during flights! My goal is to find some Camponotus of any kind this season.

The last colony I collect will be a C. snellingi colony. :)

Tomorrow I'm hoping for Solenopsis, Camponotus, Nylanderia and Brachyponera flights. Yesterday there were some Nylanderia vividula flights.
