Doesn't look like one to me
Current ant colonies -
1) Opisthopsis Rufithorax (strobe ant), Melophorus sp2. black and orange, Pheidole species, Pheidole antipodum

No idea, maybe monomorium

Perhaps Solenopsis? It is quite large for Monomorium.
Can It be Solenopsis Orbula? Because there is only one brown Solenopsis species in Turkey and it is Solenopsis Orbula.
