Are the salsabeans recovering yet? Or do you have a journal for them?

Ok, can’t help it. Update.


Nothing significant has changed, though I have a observation. When I first gave them fruit flies, it took them around 5 minutes to kill all the flies. Now, it takes them 30 seconds to kill the flies. I think they know how the flies move and position themselves accordingly.

They aren’t laying; I took them out of hibernation. The queen is okay though. Might boost her with some vicinus brood. I don’t have another journal on her; I’m too lazy.

No, sorry. They are in hibernation. It’s single queen only. I accidentally killed the workers, when I was a beginner.

Totally off topic: I want to see a Camponotus inflatus journal on here.
Do you have a journal for your modoc?

I don’t think Camponotus inflatus is a species you can keep, due to laws.

Have you tried colony fusion?

Hey guys anyone with fragilis colony. Have u ever had a major as big as thw quewn? aroumd 11 to 12mm. This major was grown when i was feeding them kefir yougurt. Same with my novomessor. Which gave a worker 1 or 2mm shorter than the queen. I'm gonna start giving them kefir again. To see if that was the reason. for the over grown super major workers. Since i stop feeding them kefir. not a single super majors has been born. Just normal sizes majors. Of 11 to 12mm novomessors, and 10mm fragilis majors. Of i do find out that kefir. a very high concentrated form of protein. Was responsible. I.moght start selling it if anyone wishes massive workers. Testing starts today. For 2 months

No, because I don’t have another Camponotus fragilis colony. Maybe nurbs will ship me some single queens, then I can try fusion. Pretty please nurbs?!
