Halo from Indonesia!
I discovered ant keeping through several awesome channels on YouTube a couple of months ago. I found it very calming to watch ant colonies going about their day. Not sure why lol.
Now I have several queens under my care. I have 3 queens of Solenopsis geminata, 1 Monomorium pharaonis queen, and 2 unidentified queens. I know it's too many for a beginner, but I plan keeping only one or two and giving away the others to my friends. Any suggestions on which one I should keep? 😊
I still have a lot to learn about ant keeping and ants in general, so pardon me if I ask many questions on this forum. Looking forward to an exciting ant keeping adventure in the future.
Salam!

Welcome!
Why not keep them all for a while and see which ones you find most interesting.

Hello! Welcome to the wonderful world of ant keeping! I myself am new as well.
As for the ant colonies, I would first identify the other two queens. After that, it will likely come down to whichever ones don't randomly die, hopefully none. If you have a choice, I would probably release the Solenopsis (as I believe any sale of them is illegal, at least in the U.S. not sure about Indonesian laws?).
Again, welcome!

But, what if I want to keep them all? Lol

Welcome to you too!
I believe there is no specific law that regulates the sale of any ants in Indonesia, but I could be wrong.
