Caught just now at work right after some good rain. Half cm.


Also caught this little guy, assuming he's of the same species. 3mm.

The second ant is a Brachyponera chinensis male.

Really like the colors on this ant. Found by the dumptsers at work as always. Half a cm. Would like to find a queen of it.

She's got an injured leg.

Thanks, I'm always finding ants and never know what they are haha. 

And I kid you not, I was just sitting here debating which invicta colony to put down first.

Found (what I'm guessing to be) my first Camponotus queen. Found at my bfs grandmas around 2. She's right at 2cms.

Found a bunch of ants at my light attractor. Most abundant was solenopsis Invicta and whatever this is. 1Cm long.



Also caught this super tiny thing no more than .5cm.
