1. Location (on a map) of collection: Singapore
2. Date of collection: 6 March
3. Habitat of collection: Pond(they were Swimming in a pond)
4. Length (from head to gaster): 5mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Red, gaster is black with the
6. Distinguishing characteristics: NA
7. Distinguishing behavior: All still have wings on
8. Nest description: NA
9. Nuptial flight time and date: 6 March, at an unknown time

Local ant chats say it is Pheidole Parva is this correct?

If you could get closer images, that would help a lot more.  Some from the side and front.  

 

It does appear to be a Pheidole species.
