Having a difficult time identifying this thing. Found in Raleigh North Carolina on December 8th at 2:40pm. It was crawling on the parking lot behind my work. It snowed that night, not sure why it hadn't found cover yet. Probably 3/4 of a cm. Any and all help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Some kind of Acanthomyops Lasius for sure. Possibly claviger but I'd have to key the hairs for that.

Some kind of Acanthomyops Lasius for sure. Possibly claviger but I'd have to key the hairs for that.

That seems to be a popular id. I'm hoping to get some measurements soon.

Looks to be a parasitic Lasius. Maybe Claviger?
