Halloween queen

Hi- I found this queen while out trick-or-treating with my kids last night, go figure! It was an Indian Summer type night, so I guess some ants flew.

She had a dark brown color and relatively small gaster and wide head. Length about 6mm. I assumed she might be a parasitic lasius, so I released her later. Any idea what she could be?

Lasius claviger, Parasitic and typically die very quickly. I have about 50 individuals I caught yesterday as well that I'm going to try to be successful with.
