1st Colony - Crematogaster sp.

3rd Queen - Nylanderia sp.

The photo for the second queen is too blurry for me to tell accurately, but based on the coloration and stripes, it's either Camponotus or Colobopsis.

Clearer pic of 1st queen:

The 2nd queen seems too small to be Camponotus sp...
I thought Camponotus queens reach over 1cm length

As Phoenix mentioned first is some sort of Carebara possibly C. diversa and the second one appears to be Crematogaster but I can't see her worker very well.

Ok let me get this straight
1st queen(colony): Possibly Crematogaster sp.
2nd colony: Also possibly Crematogaster sp.
3rd queen: Possibly Nylanderia sp.
4th queen: Possibly Carebara sp/diversus

Are any of these species hard to keep?
Also the 4th queen(carebara) seems to be sluggish, might be dying

Is it possible that queen 3 is Tapinoma melanocephalum because I have a colony in my house and their queens look kinda similar to the 3rd queen
