Great job finding that Odontoponera queen! I hear they have quite the sting, so be careful!

Have caution with the solenopsis queen. You should never completely saturate the cotton, the queen can get tangled up, the brood can drown, etc. It’s fine for now, but fire ants tend to tunnel in the cotton after a while.
