Any hints for founding pogonomyrmex rugosos?

So this time last year (a bit earlier actually) I had a bunch of p. rugosus queens. They all did terribly in tube setups.

 

Anybody who have had success, what were your founding setups like? Are they just very sensitive founders?

They did very well in tube setups this year for me.  They are fully claustral, so remember that.  I just kept them at room temperature and they were fine.
