My prayer has been answered. A single myrmecocystus in Cleveland National Forest. The real test is raising the queen and it's colony and keeping it alive for 10 years.

Just watched my C. pennsylvanicus queen lay an egg! Just recently took them out of hibernation and the egg pile is growing fast, as well as the larvae!
