Took this before I knew just how specific ant identification is so this is a terrible picture but I'm learning.
Unidentified Queen found near the Ottawa River near Arnprior Ontario in a quiet neighborhood along the water. Rocky beach, cut lawn and small forest are all in the immediate area. lots of fallen trees and piles of leaves.
