I like the new format.

Thanks. I personally like the better feel of it. It seems more organized.

Yeah, if only you did! They're some nice queens. I'm currently keeping them in pairs. The ones I've had the longest are the only ones with eggs so far, and they seem to get along very well. It's a shame more people don't live in South Carolina. :/

Just as a note, I will be setting up a "store" in my front yard from time-to-time. I've done things like this before, but never with ants. I will have some ants for sale on display, as well as my other colonies (that could be traded for if I agree to it). More information will be announced soon.

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies.

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).
